In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Business Transformation Consultant in Cognitive Computing, you will define a company's Cognitive Computing strategy and determine its Business Analytics value proposition. You will design and develop the business architecture of Cognitive Solutions, translating client requirements into analytics and technical specifications. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Cognitive Computing Strategy: Define current and future operational scenarios, leading the process and organizational aspects of the cognitive computing program, and ensuring proper alignment of solution processes with operational activities.
• Design Business Architecture: Translate client requirements into analytics and technical specifications for the implementation of Cognitive Computing solutions.
• Train Cognitive Systems: Use question/answer pairs to train cognitive systems and help establish the ground truth for cognitive engagement systems.
• Develop Use Cases: Create use cases for cognitive applications and filter and select structured data and unstructured content for input into a cognitive system.
• Align Solution Processes: Ensure solution processes align with operational activities, leveraging industry or domain expertise to drive business outcomes.
• Defining Cognitive Computing Strategies: Experience with developing and implementing cognitive computing strategies, including defining current and future operational scenarios and ensuring alignment with operational activities.
• Designing Business Architectures: Experience in designing and developing business architectures for cognitive solutions, translating client requirements into analytics and technical specifications.
• Training Cognitive Systems: Experience with training cognitive systems using question/answer pairs and establishing ground truth for cognitive engagement systems.
• Developing Use Cases: Experience in creating use cases for cognitive applications, filtering and selecting structured data and unstructured content for input into cognitive systems.
• Industry or Domain Expertise: Experience in a specific industry or domain area, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
• C1 proficiency in German (oral and written)
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in a specific industry or domain area, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes, is beneficial for driving business outcomes.
• Data Analysis: Familiarity with filtering and selecting structured data and unstructured content for input into cognitive systems is advantageous.
• Technical Acumen: Exposure to designing and developing business architectures for cognitive solutions, translating client requirements into analytics and technical specifications, is desirable.
